Research
Daniel Feldman joined the Terry College in 2003. He has served on the faculties of Yale College, University of Minnesota Industrial Relations Center, Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management, University of Florida, as the James Bradley Distinguished Foundation Fellow at USC’s Moore School of Business, and as a Visiting Sloan Scholar at MIT.
He received his BA degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where he combined undergraduate studies in social sciences in the College of Liberal Arts with business administration studies in the Wharton School of Commerce and Finance. He was named Benjamin Franklin National Scholar, was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and graduated summa cum laude. He attended Yale University Graduate School, where he received his MA in Administrative Sciences and his PhD in Organizational Behavior.

Elena Karahanna
MIS professor Elena Karahanna’s initial interest in telemedicine stemmed from an NBC News report on a startup called Health e-Station that offered doctor consultations via webcam. Her idea earned her a Terry-Sanford Research Award, and the resulting paper was accepted for publication.
