Terry Business Academy
Overview
The Terry Business Academy is a highly selective, pre-collegiate program at the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. This intensive one-week program will expose approximately 30 high school rising juniors and seniors to the various fields of business. Each student will gain practical experience developing and presenting a business plan. Participants will learn about different business majors and career paths, and will visit corporate headquarters to meet executives and professionals in various industries.
Through the generous support provided this year by Deloitte, students who are admitted to the Terry Business Academy will be provided a scholarship that covers the program's full cost.

In addition to rigorous academic exercises, students will learn soft skills like business etiquette and be given a golf lesson at the top-rated UGA Golf Course. The scholars will experience the excitement of meeting other young, budding business leaders as they work hard and play hard and develop social and networking skills during the program. Events may include a game night, cookouts, and a class-organized social. In between classes and projects, participants will get a taste of the UGA campus and the eclectic stores of downtown Athens.
