REAL 5070: Real Estate Development

The study of the real estate development process and current issues affecting development decisions. Particular emphasis is given to the public sector's role in the development process and to real estate market analysis techniques that are used to evaluate development ideas. Offered every year.

Undergraduate prerequisite: REAL 4000. Graduate prerequisite: REAL 7800.
