Real Estate Courses

REAL 4000H: Real Estate (Honors)

The fundamentals of real estate, including asset management, development, finance, law, and valuation. Special consideration is given to understanding the role of real estate within the economy and its importance to non-real estate firms. An interdisciplinary course designed for Honors students, as well as to provide a basis for more advanced courses.

Not open to students with credit in REAL 4000. Prerequisite: Permission of Honors.
