EMBA 7410: Skills and Perspectives for Effective Leadership

Fundamental leadership skills, including strategic thinking, creating a motivating environment, employee empowerment, managing change, and team processing. Students are provided with a complete evaluation of their leadership style, and interact with a personal leadership coach to generate an individualized action plan for developing their leadership potential. Offered fall semester every year.

Not open to students with credit in EMBA 8000.
