Consultation Request Form

Students, faculty or staff needing research advice for a paper or project can request a one-on-one research consultation with a UGA librarian or archivist. Referrals to Special Collections, such as the Hargrett Library, Rusell, or the Map Room, will be made when appropriate.

Please give us advance notice of at least one work week, and offer as flexible a range of meeting times as possible. The asterisk items (*) must be filled out.
