Instructional Technology Certificate

The instructional technology certificate is a fourteen credit-hour certificate that will provide in service instructors with the knowledge and hands on practice needed to succeed in developing and facilitating online courses as well as online or technology based materials for live classes at the K-12 or college level. The five courses in this certificate will introduce students to the theory behind instructional technology and design, the selection and evaluation of web-based tools and applications for instruction, online communication technologies, and the creation and implementation of robust online courses.
