International Applicants
MA option for International Students
As student on an international visa, you are required to take a minimum number of hours to maintain your visa status. Our main MIT program does not offer enough hours to satisfy your visa requirement (US not UGA requirement). The MA option offers all the benefits of being a Master of Internet Technology student and satisfies the full-time requirement for a student visa. Applicants who wish to apply for the MA program should indicate this on their Master of Internet Technology supplemental application.
Degree Title
The degree will be MA in Business Administration with a concentration in Internet Technology.
Curriculum
Each semester you will take the two classes offered for the MIT program. You will need to take an additional course each semester to reach the number of credit hours to be classified as a full time student (9 hours minimum). For the first three semesters, I will work with you in selecting a course of the available options at UGA (may depend on the semester what those options are). For the last two semesters, we will enroll you in a theses course.

Projects benefit students by giving them extensive experience in project management as well as design and coding of Web applications using the latest technology. The projects benefit their sponsors by providing them with problem solutions at a fraction of the market cost.
