The Terry College of Business is a recognized expert in the area of leadership development. The Fast Track Professional MBA Program incorporates three leadership courses in its core curriculum. The program also offers workshops and lectures on various leadership topics and encourages faculty to address leadership issues in each of the core business classes.

Blended Delivery Model

The program’s courses are offered in accelerated modules that use both traditional classroom learning and online tools to offer flexibility and convenience to busy working professionals. Classes are held two evenings per week for two consecutive weeks followed by one distance week throughout a given module and are taught by the same accomplished faculty from the Terry College in Athens in addition to adjunct instructors with significant professional work experience and expertise teaching working professionals. Approximately 30% of the content is delivered via distance learning tools. A web-based platform is used to complement traditional classroom learning thus providing greater flexibility for busy professionals. Distance learning activities include electronic presentations, threaded group discussions, simulations, group project work, web-based assessments, and synchronous office hours.

The program is uniquely designed to allow students the ability to earn their MBA in 23 months at two convenient metro-Atlanta locations without interruption to their careers. New students start the program each September and follow a structured schedule delivered at an accelerated pace.
