On-Campus Interviews

At the MBA Career Management Center (CMC), we are dedicated to making the recruiting process easy, efficient and effective. On-campus interviewing enables you to meet a large pool of candidates all in one day. We offer interview space specifically for MBA students and employers.

To schedule on-campus interviews

1. Check for black-out dates listed on our recruiting calendar
2. Call the Career Management Center at 706-542-3524 to book your date.

Schedule Options

Pre-Select Schedule

This schedule lets you post a position, screen resumes, and select the candidates that you are interested in interviewing. The number of candidates you select to interview depends upon the amount of time you plan to spend in each interview. Suggested guidelines include:

• A typical 30-minute schedule, allows you to interview up to 14 students
• A typical 45-minute schedule, allows you to interview up to 10 students
• A typical 60-minute schedule, allows you to interview up to 7 students

Pre-Select to Alternate Schedule

Our most popular scheduling option, this works the same as a pre-select schedule but allows you to choose alternates in the event a candidate(s) you select is unable to interview. Pre-selected candidates are able to sign up for interview slots first. If time slots are available two days before the interview date, then alternates can sign up. We recommend choosing one or two alternates per schedule.

Open Schedule

This schedule lets you post a job so students can apply and sign-up for an interview. Employers do not pre-screen candidates prior to coming to campus but instead set-up interview time slots for students to sign-up. Follow suggested guidelines for the pre-select schedule when determining the number of interview slots.
