2. Materials contain information that is no longer accurate. (Often these materials are superseded by more recent material with accurate information-if you don’t find updated material in the collection - feel free to include a recommendation for purchase)
3. Multiple copies of materials are no longer needed due to demand, and can be reduced to fewer copies. (Due to limited space)
4. Content of material neither adds to the information or appreciation of the user, and material is without inherent archival value.
