- 1. From Tools pull-down menu in the Internet Explorer toolbar:
- 2. Go to Internet Options
- 3. Click the Privacy tab
- 4. Choose Advanced settings
- 5. Click box to Override automatic cookie handling
- 6-7. Make sure settings are chosen to accept First-party cookies and Third-party
- cookies
- 8. Click OK
9. Click next OK - Restart browser
