Credit by Exam -- Challenge and CLEP
Credit by Exam is a process by which a student who believes he or she is proficient in an academic subject may take either a challenge test or CLEP test to earn credit.
All challenge tests are under the control of each division or department in which the course is taught. No fees are involved with challenge tests.
CLEP tests are standardized tests that cost $97, (divided into two payments - $77 payable by credit card to College Level Examination Program and $20 payable by exact cash only) and may be scheduled on selected Monday mornings. Contact the Testing Center at (229) 317-6735 to schedule an exam.
