I understand that signing up as a free agent does not guarantee participation in events and that teams will not be formed from the free agent list.

I understand that is my responsibility as a participant to contact other potential players who wish to participate in a particular sport. I understand that all teams must submit a completed sign up sheet to the Office of the Assistant Student Activities Director no later than one (1) week prior to the captain's meeting for that sport.

By completing and submitting this form, I am requesting that my contact information be placed on the Darton College Intramurals website.
