Verification of Enrollment

Verification of Enrollment is the process where the Records Office provides proof that a student is enrolled in credit classes for a particular term. This service can be requested, in writing, for any previous or currently enrolled term that a student needs to show enrollment. For present-term verification, enrollment cannot be verified until after the drop/add period.

We cannot provide verification of enrollment for future terms.

Requests for enrollment can be made by:

  • Forms available in the Records Office (please allow 48 hours)
  • Mail to Records Office, 2400 Gillionville Road, Albany, GA 31707 (please allow 48 hours)
