Warehouse Contents - Data Dictionaries
The Data Warehouse contains the following tables and data elements. As part of the security structure of the Warehouse, you may or may not have access to a table, particular data element, or population of students within a table. Should you discover a need for access to any of these items, just click on the email address in the header and send a message regarding access needs.
These data dictionaries are designed to be a comprehensive overview of all of the tables and elements in the Warehouse and are designed to be suitable for all users.
Primary Tables
Student History -- WACADHST table --The history table contains general information about each student who has received a grade for at least one course at Darton College since Summer quarter of 1991.
Admissions -- WADADMS table -- The admissions table contains admissions information for the most current application a student has in Banner.
Course Catalog -- WCCmain table -- The Course Catalog table contains general information about each class for multiple terms beginning with 200002 (Spring Semester 2000).
Directory -- WSDmain table -- The directory table contains directory information for each student registered for multiple terms beginning with 200002 (Spring Semester 2000).
Student Courses -- WSCmain table -- The courses table consists of student and course information extracted from the Banner system for multiple terms beginning with 200002 (Spring Semester 2000)..
Student Enrollment -- WSEmain table -- The enrollment table contains general information about each student registered for multiple terms beginning with 200002 (Spring Semester 2000).
Student Statistics -- WSSmain table -- Aggregate information for multiple terms beginning with 199808 (Fall Semester 1998).
Student Variable Statistics -- WSVmain table -- Aggregate information by term, county, high school and major code for multiple terms beginning with 199808 (Fall Semester 1998).
Term Dependent Tables
Course Catalog -- WCCyytt table -- The Course Catalog table contains general information about each class for the current term only.
Directory -- WSDyytt table -- The directory table contains directory information for each student registered for the current term only.
Student Courses -- WSCyytt table -- The courses table consists of student and course information extracted from the Banner system for the current term only.
Student Enrollment -- WSEyytt table -- The enrollment table contains general information about each student registered for the current term only.
