University Police

The University Police Department is a multi-functional unit of Columbus State University focusing on services. The department serves the university community through risk management planning and screening, crime prevention and safety education, life and property protection, law and university regulations enforcement, traffic management, and employee in-service training.

The mission of University Police at Columbus State University is to complement and support the University's goals by providing a safe environment conducive to learning, research, and related work/activities.  Creating this atmosphere allows all who come on the campus or university facilities to do so with minimum distraction.
