Spring Semester Dates
- November 1, 2011 – January 6, 2012 Spring registration
- December 12, 2011 Financial Aid priority deadline for spring semester
- January 3, 2012 – January 17, 2012 Charge at Barnes & Noble Bookstore for students with a credit balance on their account
- January 6, 2012 @ 6:00 p.m. Fee payment deadline. Students with financial aid that is not in process must pay out-of-pocket to keep their schedule from being dropped
- January 6, 2012 @ 6:00 p.m. Schedules for students with no payment on their account or no financial aid in process will be dropped
- January 13, 2012 @ 6:00 p.m. Hours locked for spring semester. Schedules for students with no payment on their account or no financial aid in process will be dropped
- February 1, 2012 Begin issuing checks and funding cards
Important Telephone Information
- Financial Aid telephone numbers have now returned to 248-2852 and 248-2505.
- Admissions & Records telephone number has now returned to 248-2504.
- The Student Success Center number is 248-2508
Monday through Thursday – 7:00 am until 9:00 pm
Friday – 7:00 am until 12:00 noon
Saturday – 9:00 am until 12:00 noon
Hope Program Changes
Attention Students:
There are new state regulations concerning the HOPE Scholarship and HOPE Grant Programs. These new regulations could affect your opportunity to receive financial aid for this up-coming summer semester and beyond in an unfavorable way. Please review the below chart which gives basic information on these changes. Please contact the Bainbridge College Financial Aid Department if you would still have questions after reviewing this chart.
