To be successful in online classes, you must be competent in computer skills, Microsoft Office, and self-disciplined to log into your class daily. Prior to enrolling in online classes you are encouraged to take the self-assessment to learn if you are a likely candidate for online learning success.
Some online classes require proctored tests. Students within driving distance to the college are encouraged to use Darton's Testing Facility. Students who live outside of commuting distance to Darton should review Darton's Off-Site Proctor Policy and be aware that some proctor sites will require additional fees to proctor exams. Check "Course Requirements" in the Online Course Descriptions page for your class to find out if your course requires proctored exams.
