Molly Gilbert is the head coach of the men's and women's swimming and diving team at Darton College. She was the assistant coach for three years before obtaining this position. A local swimming product herself, Molly was born and raised here in Albany, GA. She swam with Westover High School while also participating in club swimming. During those years, she also lifeguarded and taught swimming lessons. After graduating from Westover, she attended and swam at Darton College, where she competed at NJCAA's both years and served as team captain her sophomore year. After Darton, she transferred to Georgia Southern University and swam on their team. During the summers, she continued to teach lessons and coach at the Albany YMCA. Molly received a business degree in Logistics at G.S.U. and then pursued a career in Savannah, GA in the business industry for four and a half years. During that time, she also swam with the Masters team and volunteered at the Rincon YMCA, teaching swimming lessons and serving as assistant coach to their swim team. Even with receiving a business degree, swimming has always been her passion. She is energized and eager to be back in Albany to pursue a lifelong dream of coaching club and college swimming.
Will Breehl

Will Breehl is the assistant coach of the men’s and women’s swimming and diving team at Darton College. Breehl, a native of Louisville, Kentucky, competed collegiately at the University of Louisville from 2002-05 where he earned Academic All-American accolades.
Prior to coming to Darton, Breehl was the Head Coach for the Plainview Swim Team from 2006-10 where he coached a total of 240 athletes ages ranging 4-18. Will recorded two undefeated regular seasons.
In 2008 he became the assistant coach at Union College as he continued coaching the Plainview swim team. He coached the distance group. His swimmers broke 14 school records in distance and backstroke events. Breehl had three swimmers score at NAIA nationals and he coached one NAIA All-American.
Will received his bachelors in Exercise Science and his Masters degree in Physical Education.
