Technical Assistance Technical assistance for eCore courses and students is available through the University System of Georgia D2L Help Center, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

For help with course login, registration or course support issues contact the eCore Helpdesk at ecore@westga.edu, 678.839.5300 or 1.855.933.2673 between 8am - 5pm.

Please do not contact the KSU Student ITS Helpdesk as they are unable to assist with the USG GoVIEW learning management system or eCore course support issues.
