We will help you tap your creativity and in doing so, release your imagination. Choose from photography, painting, calligraphy, guitar, creative writing and more. Take one or take them all, just make sure to take time for you.
Faculty in the life enrichment programs are award winners in their own right, and include artists whose work has been commissioned by The White House and photographers with portfolios to rival Ansel Adams. You will learn from masters while increasing your creativity and knowledge.

If you can’t make time for the sake of your creativity, make time for the sake of your sanity. Study results published in the American Journal of Epidemiology added support to the theory that staying socially and intellectually active can help to lower the risk of developing dementia. The six-year-long study of more than 700 adults found that those who had an active social life, kept their mind active, or had hobbies were more than 40% less likely to develop dementia.
