Show and tell session on how to reduce the weight in your pack, but still be safe and comfortable. The instructor has personally completed a thru hike of the Appalachian Trail.
Bring pen and paper for notes and a snack for the 10 minute break. If you have any questions for this experienced instructor, please bring them and any gear you would like her to check!
