Majors

These majors meet diverse career interests within the rapidly changing field of foods and nutrition. All three majors lead to a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences.

Minors

These minors allow students to tailor their academic backgrounds to meet specific career or professional goals. The Consumer Foods minor is well-suited for majors in Human Development and Family Science, Media/Communications, Consumer Journalism, Consumer Economics, Health Promotions and Behavior, Food Science and Management. A Nutrition Science minor complements majors in the biological sciences as well as pre-med and pre-phramacy.
