Dad and Son

The Department of Human Development and Family Science offers a comprehensive and multidisciplinary undergraduate degree. This program provides students with core knowledge and orients them to issues concerning the development and functioning of individuals and families throughout the life cycle: Infancy, childhood, adolescence, young adulthood, middle age and aging. The department’s objective is to prepare students to gain the knowledge to become educators, leaders, and professionals within the field of child and family studies.
