| Building 1512 - Renewal/Replacement and Fresh-Air Project |
Auxiliary Services This project involves the replacement of several interior components, surfaces and the current fresh-air system in Building 1512. The improvements of the building's interior components and surfaces include painting, counter top replacements, flooring replacement, and bathtub replacements. At this time, the air circulation system is located in the attic and is inefficient in relation to the building's size and scope. The old air system will be replaced with a more energy efficient and maintainable solution. In addition, it will be installed in a newly designated space on the top floor of the building, this will allow easier access for maintenance personnel. | Construction | Active |

Auxiliary Services The Office of External Affairs is seeking funds to renovate the Career Center located in Clarke Howell Hall. The Career Center occupies a majority of the buildings' second floor and serves as a hub for students to meet and interview with potential employers.
