Prospective Students

Students As you prepare to join the KSU academic community, you will find many of the programs and services in University College helpful during your transition. Incoming first-year students can get connected to campus through the Center for Student Leadership, learning communities, and free academic support services like the SMART Center. First-year seminars are designed specifically for new students starting their college experience, and there are global education opportunities for students in their first year of study.

University College is proud to work with many special student populations including adult learners, international students, and transfer students. All KSU undergraduates can enhance their leadership skills through University College’s LDRS courses and Center for Student Leadership programs. There’s even an opportunity for you to design your own degree program. We’re excited to help you build on your strengths to reach your future in University College.

Student Scholarships

•GAP Scholarship

University College is proud to offer financial assistance scholarships (GAP scholarships) to students enrolled in any of our current University College degree programs.

The University College GAP Scholarship

Established by the college and GAP Scholarship is awarded to full-time students who meet the eligibility criteria listed below and have an unmet matriculation financial needs ranging from $50 and not to exceed $500.
