Corporate Tuition Assistance Partnership Program (CTAP)
ctapfrontpage The Corporate Tuition Assistance Partnership program (CTAP) enables employers to enrich existing talent by sponsoring current employees to further their education. This program was designed to support Governor Nathan Deal’s Complete College Georgia initiative, the University System of Georgia and the Technical College System of Georgia address this critical need in Georgia’s Higher Education Completion Plan. The CTAP solution will enable existing employees to access custom degree programs that meet the employers' needs, on their schedule and in an environment that promotes success.
How does CTAP help employees grow? The CTAP programs offers:
- Training in Required Skills for Current and Prospective Job Needs
- Progress Tracking and Reporting
- Flexible Class Times
- Online Courses and Collaboration

Corporate Access to Student Talent (CAST)
intsgrads The Corporate Access to Student Talent program (CAST) enables employers to develop a talent pipeline within the existing KSU student body.
Employers that participate in CAST will have access to talent to fill both near-term and future job openings.
For immediate needs, employers are given access to recent graduates and upcoming graduates.
KSU will work with participating employer partners to:
- Provide On-Site Extension Services
- Provide Career Coaching
- Groom student talent in selected University College programs:
- Offer On-Site Specific Job training

Admissions to Corporate Access to Student Talent (CAST)
The Corporate Access to Student Talent program (CAST) will announce the accepting of applications.
Program Selection Criteria:
- Undergraduate student with a high academic standing who has petitioned to graduate in the upcoming May or December Commencement ceremony.
- Submit a 250 word written essay explaining why you should be selected to participate.
- Receive nomination from a faculty member.
- Final interview with the program director.
Participant in one or more of the following programs:
- INTS Degree Program
- Leadership Studies Certificate Program

CTAP programs can be designed in collaboration with the participating employer.
