If you were issued a parking permit during the fall 2017 semester, your permit is in effect for the entire academic year (except White Water). All you need to do for the spring 2018 semester is make certain the cars you currently drive to campus are correctly listed on your account. Please visit parkingportal.kennesaw.edu to be sure your make, model and license plate information is accurate. It is that simple with the Department of Parking and Transportation’s new virtual permitting program! Remember, you can only park one car on campus at a time.
The following charges for spring 2018 semester will be applied to your Banner account between Jan. 16 and 18, 2018 based on your parking permit:
- Residential Parking Permits - $26
- Commuter Parking Permits: Central, East and West Areas - $26
- Economy Lots - $15
- Shuttle Lots - Free
If you will be bringing a vehicle to campus and do not yet have a permit, please visit the Card Services office on either campus. If you do not plan to bring a car to campus and would like to give up your parking permit for the spring 2018 semester, you will need to return your permit by the end of day Monday, Jan. 15, 2018. If you do not return your permit by Jan. 15, the associated charge will be applied to your account between Jan. 16 and 18; all applied charges are final. Please be aware that if you return your permit and then decide you will need one for the spring semester, you are not guaranteed to receive the same parking area as your previous permit.
