Alfred Drake Dixon is a practicing attorney in the Atlanta area specializing in criminal law. He also is the city solicitor for College Park and Hapeville, Georgia.
Dixon was a prosecutor for 27 years before doing defense work. He served as deputy district attorney over the trial division and the major felony/homicide unit in the Atlanta Judicial circuit. He has personally tried more than 250 jury trials, including four death penalty cases. Prior to becoming a prosecutor, he was a police officer and criminal investigator while attending college and law school.
