Urban Fellows Lecture: Dr. Romulo Sampaio, Lender Liability in Brazil

The Center for the Comparative Study of Metropolitan Growth welcomes Dr. Romulo Sampaio on Tuesday, Jan. 28 for a lecture on lender liability in Brazil. Dr. Sampaio is originally from Curitaba, in the south of Brazil (famous in environmental and land use literature for its innovations), but now hails from Rio de Janeiro where he teaches environmental law and manages the environmental law institute at FGV. He is also a partner in the Rio envionmental law firm Reis & Sampaio. Dr. Sampaio recently finished his SJD in Environmental Law at Pace Law School.
