Dr. Mark Goldfeder is Senior Lecturer at Emory Law School, and Spruill Family Senior Fellow at the Center for the Study of Law and Religion.
He received his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he was awarded the Chuna David and Rose Estreicher Memorial Prize for his work in Jewish Law, and his L.L.M. and Doctorate from Emory University, where he was awarded the Herman Dooyeweerd Prize for Excellence in Law and Religion, and the Eliza Ellison Prize for Leadership in Law and Religion. A Wexner Graduate Fellow and a Davis Polk and Wardwell Fellow for Pro Bono Family Law, he has worked in both the public and private sectors in the areas of corporate law, family law, alternative dispute resolution, and white-collar criminal fraud. He is of multiple articles on various aspects of family law, criminal law, law and religion, and their relationship to one another.
