Dan Turner
Litigation ProgramMr. Turner has litigation and counseling experience in all aspects of employment law, including Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, ERISA litigation, the FMLA, and civil rights. He has been the lead counsel in numerous class actions under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and Section 1981 and collective actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act. His experience includes trial experience in both federal and state courts.
He is regularly invited to speak at continuing legal education seminars and to management and human resources groups on litigation and employment related issues. He was an Adjunct Professor of Litigation at Georgia State University College of Law in 2009.
Mr. Turner was selected by Chambers as a leading lawyer in employment law, and was named one of Georgia's "Rising Stars" from 2005-2009. He is one of only nine Georgia lawyers named by the International Who's Who of Business Lawyers as a leading employment lawyer in 2010.
