Course Description

Prerequisite: Law 7101 The Securities Act of 1933 as well as portions of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934. Requirements for registration under the 1933 Act as well as the exemptions therefrom. Rule 10(b) (5) liability as well as liability under Sections 11 and 12 of the 1933 Act.
