Course Description

Administrative Law. Law 6000 is recommended but not required. An introduction to general administrative law and procedure. This course surveys the roles, functions, and processes of federal administrative agencies through an examination of the adjudicative, investigative and rule-making functions of federal agencies, the relationship of administrative agencies to other branches of government, and the right and scope of judicial review of agency actions.
