Course Description

Constitutional Law I: Federalism. A study of the nature and distribution of federal power and of state-federal relationships, including judicial review, the Commerce Clause and state regulation of commerce, the Tenth Amendment, separation of powers, and the taxing, spending and appropriations powers.
