Semester requirement: 1 SITE DESCRIPTION The Technology Transfer Office handles all issues relating to the intellectual property rights of CDC. Intern assignments may include review of the patentability of new technologies, the marketability of inventions, licensing agreements, confidential disclosure agreements, royalty payments, marketing materials, and trademark and copyright applications.
