The Student Recreation Center offers a wide range of Fitness Programs including Fitness Assessment Services, Group Fitness classes, and Personal Training.
The Student Recreation Center features include 2 Basketball Courts, 2 Racquetball Courts, 2 Aerobic Rooms, Workout Areas, Free Weights and Machine Weights Areas, a Walking/Running Track, 37-Foot Climbing Wall and a Bouldering Area. There is also a Multipurpose Court, which can be used for large meetings, social events and Indoor Sports including soccer, volleyball and dodgeball. The Aquatic Center has a 5-lane 25 Yard Lap Pool, a One-Meter Diving Board, a Leisure Pool with a Lazy River, a 40-person Therapy Pool, and a Sauna Room.
Intramural Sports are designed for students of all skill levels and interests. Students can choose from a variety of sports to participate in during the academic year. Campus Recreation is also excited to offer Club Sport Programs. The Club Sports Program serves individual interests in different sports and recreational activities. These may be competitive, recreational, or instructional. Club Sports Teams may represent the University in intercollegiate competitions. Currently, there are over a dozen active Club Sports Teams at CSU. Additional Club Sports Teams can be established based on student interest levels.
Outdoor Adventures is dedicated to providing Columbus State University students and the CSU Community with opportunities to participate in challenging, fun, safe and quality outdoor trips and experiences.

The unique 37-foot Rock Wall offers a variety of climbing paths with different levels of difficulty for both the experienced and the novice climber.
