Recognition in the Kennesaw State Admission Scholars Program opens the door to all of the academic honors programs available to first time high ability first-year students. Among the accelerated opportunities are scholarship resources, study abroad options, and the various programs hosted by the Honors College. Admissions Scholars are also eligible to be part of the Stars Student Organization. To qualify to be an Admissions Scholar students must:
- Graduate from an accredited high school.
- Apply and be accepted as as a beginning freshman to Kennesaw State University for Fall semester.
- Achieve a 1220 or greater combined Critical Reading and Math score on the SAT or a 25 ACT Composite score.
- Achieve an academic high school GPA of 3.50 or greater based on the College Preparatory Coursework.
