We are looking for Master Students!
Proper training in our research lab (manipulation of air-sensitive compounds using Schlenk techniques, column chromatography, crystallization techniques, NMR, IR, UV-Vis, fluorescence spectroscopy) within at least 1 summer semester before joining the MSCB program is required.
Research Opportunities for Undergraduates:
Minimum requirements: experience in organic chemistry and a high motivation for research
Undergraduate researchers are asked to stay at least for 2 semesters in the group, (including 1 summer semester). We encourage all undergraduate research students of our group to join the KSU MSCB program!
Registration for CHEM 4100 is possible (Junior level and beyond; 1 credit hour translates into 3 hours of laboratory work).
An end-of-the semester research report and participation in group meetings is required for each student.
