Team Member Styles
Combining the “What’s My Team Member Style” self-assessment with peer perceptions, this interactive session enables individuals to better understand their behavior, learn how to adapt it to improve interpersonal relationships, develop rapport, and ultimately, become more effective team members.
Additional “What’s My Style” assessment and training sessions are available including Communication and Leadership styles, depending on the specific needs of your team.
