Tamara McMillan is an award winning Lecturer at the International Center for Studies in Creativity at SUNY Buffalo State. Additionally, she consults as a trainer and facilitator in creativity, leadership development, retention and empowerment. Tamara is qualified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Strong Interest Inventory, FourSight, and the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. She designs and delivers workshops in the above areas for the public sector, educators, students and the business community. She holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees both from SUNY Buffalo State, and a certificate of advanced studies in Creativity and Change Leadership from SUNY Buffalo State College (May 2017). She's also a doctoral candidate in the Educational Leadership Policies program at the University of Buffalo. In her spare time, Tamara likes to read, journal and travel.
