Our educational workshops are designed to provide valuable information and insight to students on a variety of topics and are a great option for many students. All workshops are FREE and confidential. Students do not need to be a CPS client or complete and CPS paperwork to attend. Drop on in!!
Designed for students who find themselves under stress from academic pressure, life changes, relationships, and a variety of other sources. We will teach students how to identify and manage stress through the use of various techniques including relaxation, decision making, positive self talk, and clear communication.

Gentleman's Hour (Virtual workshop)
Sometimes being a guy is tough. Opening up is even tougher. This workshop will allow male-identifying individuals to talk in a safe space with other males about issues and experiences unique to being a guy.
