Refunds

In the unfortunate chance that you experience an error:

  • At a KCash Terminal with loss of money
  • Receiving unusable copies or prints
  • Any other event that results in unusable pages or loss of funds

Please contact KSU Service Desk at 470-578-3555, studenthelpdesk@kennesaw.edu or fill out the Contact Us Form.

All transactions are tracked by card number and name as well as the currency input to the devices so we can determine the status of your account. Refund requests can be processed at the Burruss 4th floor UITS Lab help desk and the Library 1st floor Circulation Desk.
