Construction advisory: Baldwin Street
The westbound lane of Baldwin Street, between East Campus Road/Thomas Street and South Jackson Street, will be closed for manhole construction from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. daily June 18-20. Traffic control will provide direction around the site.

Join us for a class on pickled vegetables, the second class in the Canning: Keeping Fresh Garden Flavor All Year Long. One of the oldest forms of preservation, pickling allows us to bottle the flavor of the season while adding a little extra kick. Learn the basics of pickling and discover why pickling is a safe way to preserve vegetables without a pressure canner.
