S.E.L.L.O.U.T.: Comedians that have been featured on: HBO, Comedy Central, CBS, NBC, A&E, Showtime, UPN, MTV, ESPN, VH1, FOX & B.E.T. Free T-shirts for the first 30 people. Part of the Committee for Black Cultural Programming’s Week of Soul and Black History Month.
Vince Morris, Billy D. Washington, and BT each use comedy as art and laughter for a purpose to debunk racial and societal stereotypes.
The show is named S.E.L.L.O.U.T., because at some point in their careers, each comedian has been accused of not being true to his heritage, culture, or profession. Too Black for one venue. Not Black enough for another. A "sellout". However, in this show they choose to present their comedy their way, celebrating their motto: "Be Yourself. Because Everybody Else Is Already Taken."
Final segment, "Ask a Blackman Anything".
