ACCUPLACER

University System of Georgia Requirement:

If you meet admission requirements as a non-traditional student based on your academic record and are required to take the ACCUPLACER Exam, the results of your exam determine your eligibility to enroll at Kennesaw State University.

You will receive communication by email if you are required to take the ACCUPLACER Exam.

The ACCUPLACER Exam is given by KSU Testing Services and you can schedule your exam through their website ( testing.kennesaw.edu). Testing Services may be contacted at 470.578.4800 (Kennesaw Campus), 678.915.3982 (Marietta Campus) or at ksutesting@kennesaw.edu.

The deadline for taking the ACCUPLACER is the third day of Drop/Add for your term of entry. However, it is recommended that you take the exam much earlier for a better orientation, advisement, and registration experience.

Note: If you have taken the required sections of the ACCUPLACER Exam at KSU, it must be less than one year from the administration of the test for your scores to be used for your admission or readmission. ACCUPLACER Exam scores received from other institutions must be less than one year old and will be considered on an individual basis for acceptability per University System of Georgia Board of Regents standards.

Applicants for Spring Semester 2018 or later must score high enough on the ACCUPLACER to enter college level courses with no Learning Support requirements.
